Hi, I'm April.

Originally from Suffolk, England, my journey has taken me from the UK to Guam and eventually to Minot, where my husband serves on Active Duty with the U.S. Air Force. What started as another military assignment quickly became home. We bought our own house off base, welcomed our two boys here in Minot, and I'm currently in the process of becoming a U.S. citizen—another exciting chapter in planting roots in the community we love.

I'm the Office Manager at 701 Realty and now a licensed Realtor. After more than four years managing the office, I've developed a strong understanding of the contracts, paperwork, timelines, and day-to-day details that keep a real estate transaction on track. That behind-the-scenes experience gives me a solid foundation as I now help clients through the buying and selling process.

As a military spouse, I know firsthand that a PCS move is about much more than buying or selling a house. I've experienced the uncertainty, the deadlines, and the challenges of relocating to a place you've never lived before. That's why I'm passionate about helping military families moving to or from Minot AFB navigate the process with confidence—whether you're buying sight unseen, selling before your next assignment, or deciding between on-base and off-base living.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, exploring North Dakota, camping in our travel trailer, or supporting the amazing local businesses that make Minot such a special place to call home.
